The MP3's will be approximately 20 minutes to make it easier to fit into your schedule.
To accelerate the integration and because of the nature o the work (being very physical in nature), I recommend listening right before you go to sleep. The energy will continue to work through the night while you are in a Delta - deep sleep wave.
